摘　　要：简述了用直接合成法实现S波段频率源的方案,对设计的注意事项进行了详细描述,并且对频率源杂散、相位噪声、谐波抑制等做了进行分析,最后给出了频率源的测试结果,对类似产品的设计具有很好的参考作用,对工程实践具有指导意义。This paper briefly discusses the schem to realize the S-band frequency source by the direct synthesis method,describes the attention items of the design in detail,analyzes the clutter,phase noise and harmonic suppression of frequency source,finally gives the testing result of frequency source,which is good reference for the similar products design,and has guidance meaning to engineering practice.
