摘　　要：《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要》对基础软件国产化作了整体战略布局。基于这一视角,高等院校的信息教育改革迫在眉睫,需要在教育理念、人才培养目标等方面积极探索,精心设计教学过程,灵活调整教学模式,提高学生的计算机技术应用水平和综合素质,从而为我国基础软件行业培育创新型人才,以实际行动支持民族产业。In＂The National Mid-long Term Scientific and Technological Development Plan Outline＂,an overall strategic layout on the domestic production of basic software was stipulated.In this context,the reform on the information education of universities becomes urgent on the following issues-the traditional educational concept and intended talent training program outcomes need to be revised,the old pedagogical processes should be meticulously redesigned,the traditional teaching approaches should be flexibly readjusted,and the students＇ computer technology application skills and general understanding should be upgraded-all for purpose of training innovative talents for the basic software industry of our country.
