摘　　要：实现人的自由全面发展,是马克思主义政党执政的逻辑起点和价值取向。执政的人本逻辑体现了马克思主义政党的执政价值观。执政价值观对执政实践具有直接的导向和重要的决定作用。建国后,经过60多年的探索和实践,中国共产党形成了一脉相承、独具时代特色的执政价值观。党的执政价值观建设是一项系统工程,需要从价值的取向、判断、追求、规范和导向等方面着手构建。Realizing people＇s free and overall development is the logical starting point and value orientation of Marxist political party. Humanistic logic reflects Marxism ruling party＇s values. Ruling values have di-rect effect on ruling practice. After 60 years of exploration and practice, CPC has formed ruling values of unique characteristics. The party＇s ruling values construction is a systematic project, which should be con-structed in terms of value orientation, pursuit, standard and guide.
