摘　　要：制造业是创新的主要领域,也是增强国家产业竞争力的基础。通过采用DEA方法,从总体与省域的视角对2000年到2009年的中国制造业创新绩效进行了实证研究,分析表明,制造业创新能力逐年提高明显,并有逐步加强的趋势;中国制造业省际技术绩效水平总体呈稳步上升趋势。Manufatcturing industry is the chief field for innovation and the basis to strengthen the national competitiveness. Through DEA methods,this paper analyzed the changes of innovation efficiency index of Chinese provincial manufacturing industries from year 2000 to 2009 as well as the efficiency index of TFP, EC and TC and their corresponding change rules. The DEA index of Chinese provincial manufacturing industries presented a normal distribution and later exhibited a convergent trend as the time goes by.
