天山堇菜挥发油提取时间及抗炎作用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨天山堇菜挥发油的提取和抗炎作用。方法考察蒸馏时间对挥发油提取率的影响,采用二甲苯引起小鼠的炎性水肿考察其挥发油的抗炎作用。结果水蒸气蒸馏6 h,挥发油提取量最大,可达0.76%;挥发油能显著抑制小鼠耳肿胀。结论天山堇菜挥发油具显著的抗炎作用。Objective To investigate the extraction technology and anti-inflammatory effect of essential oil of Viola tianshanica.Methods Extraction technology was researched with different distillation time and anti-inflammatory effect was tested with swelling of mice induced by xylene.Results Steam was distilled for 6h,with the largest amount extraction being 0.76%.The essential oil can significantly inhibit the ear swelling in mice.Conclusion The essential oil has significant anti-inflammatory effects.
