摘　　要：通过对人文化图书馆创建理念内涵的研究,以及国外图书馆人文服务的经验借鉴,文章阐述了高校图书馆人文精神与人文化服务之间的内在联系,并从人文化管理制度、人文关怀、创建文化中心等方面提出了构建高校图书馆人文化服务的对策。Based on connotation of the humanistic library and some new ideas and methods in library humanistic service abroad, this paper expounds the relationship between humanistic spirit and cultual service in university libraries. In addition, several effective methods, such as humanistic mangement system, humanistic concern and creating a cultural center are also put forward.
