摘 要:本文应用放射性同位素65Zn示踪技术研究了苜蓿对微量元素锌的吸收和运转。结果表明,用^(65)ZnCl_2涂端叶有个吸收高峰,随后^(65)Zn含量逐渐下降,而其他器官内^(65)Zn的含量逐渐增高,^(65)Zn的利用率为3.32%;叶面喷施^(65)ZnCl_2后,^(65)Zn迅速进入各器官组织中,叶片中积累最多,茎中次之,根中最少,^(65)Zn的利用率为2.84%;通过根系引入的^(65)ZnCl_2,95.5%的锌残留在土壤中,仅有0.5%的锌被根系吸收,其中一部分向地上部运转。(Biophysics Teaching and Research Section, Soil Chemistry Department,Jilin Agriculture university) The author adoped radioisotope trailing technique to study the absorption and translocation of trace element of ^(65) Zn in medic.The results show that there is an absorption peak when swearing on the top leaf with ^(65) ZnCl_2, soon, after the content of ^(65) Zn decrease gradually, the conttent of ^(65) Zn in other organs increasing by degrees, the utilization ratio of ^(65) Zn is 3.32%.After ^(65) ZnCl_2 was spraied on the surface of leaves,it get into organ rapidly.The most accumlated amount of ^(65) Zn is in leaf, come next in stem, the lowest is inroot.The utilization ratio of ^(65) Zn is 2.84%; When ^(65) Zn absorbed byroots, 95.5% of them left in the soil, 0.5% left still in root, a few were traslocated towards the soil surface.
