摘　　要：目前解决农村养老问题的一个重要政策就是建设农村五保老人养老院。然而在实践中,农村养老院的运营仍存在着诸多的问题,如何建设物质保障与精神支撑并重的专业养老机构成为重中之重。本文试从社会工作专业视角来介入农村养老机构的建设中,从农村养老的主体——养老机构的角度出发来培养其优势视角的理念,引入增权和抗逆力的积极概念来增强老年人的生活幸福感。At present the rural pension problems to solve one of the important policy is construction the rural five guarantees supporting the old man a nursing home,but in practice,the rural nursing home still exist many of the operation,how to build material guarantee and spirit of the professional organization for aged pay equal attention to support a top priority.This paper tries to professional perspective in social work of the construction of the rural endowment institutions,from the main body of the rural old-age pension institutions-the point of view of the advantage to develop the Angle of view of philosophy,the introduction of power and stresses the positive force to strengthen the concept of their happiness.
