摘　　要：警卫工作方针是党和国家在一定历史时期内为警卫工作确定的指导原则。新形势下我国警卫工作方针是:在党委和政府领导下,实行专门机关与依靠群众相结合,既要保证安全,又不脱离群众。警卫工作方针属于社会意识形态的范畴,蕴含着丰富的文化内涵。它不仅体现着警卫工作忠诚于党的政治属性,而且体现着服务人民的宗旨使命;不仅蕴含着警卫工作与党委政府和人民群众之间的关系,而且对警卫人员的具体执勤行为做出了原则性规范。此外,警卫工作方针还蕴含着警卫工作的方法论。The security guideline is a guiding principle which is established by our party and nation in one history period.The Chinese new security guideline is explained as follows：being leaded by our party and government,combining special department and the people,guaranteeing the safety and serving for the people.It belongs to social ideology,and contains plenty of cultural meanings.It not only contains the political attribute which must be loyal to our party,but also embodies that the security work must serve for the people with heart and soul.It not only contains the relation between the government and the people,but also regulates the security worker＇s behaviors.In addition,the security guideline also contains the security methodology.
