摘　　要：国防工程设施日常安全的影响因素包括人为因素、设备因素、环境因素等,这些因素可能会给国防工程设施带来危害,严重时会直接影响到部队平时的战备训练和战时的军事行动。分析了国防工程设施可能遭受的安全危害,并针对危险因素,从安全责任心及业务素质、设备的维护保养、环境安全隐患的排查、安全的动态考核、危害应急预案等五个方面给出了防范措施,最后从主动管理模式入手,对国防工程设施进行实时监控监测,使其具备自我控制及自动应对危害的能力。The factor affecting daily security of defense engineering facilities includes human factor, equipment factor and environmental factor, these factors may bring harm to defense engineering facilities, in severe cases, they will directly affect the combat readiness of military training in peacetime and wartime military operations. Safety hazards of defense engineering facilities are analyzed and for risk factors, preventive measures are given in five areas including safety responsibility and professional quality, equipment maintenance, the investigation of environmental safety risks, the dynamic security assessment and response plans for hazards. Finally, adopting active management mode, defense engineering facilities are be real-time monitoring, moreover, they have the ability of automatical self-control and responding to disasters.
