3S技术在城市交通事故应急管理中的应用

摘　　要：3S技术作为一门新兴发展起来的技术领域,已经成为不可分割的有机整体,在国民经济建设的各个领域并发挥着越来越重要的作用。城市交通事故应急管理作为一种时间短、定位准、空间分析强、变化快的工作,需要3S技术提高城市交通事故应急管理工作的效率。本文重点探讨3S技术在城市交通应急管理中的报警定位、现场信息和综合分析等几个关键问题,对这几个方面深入讨论,以便公安机关快速提高反应能力、出警的准确性和破案效率。3Stechnology, which is applied in all fields of national economy and increasingly play important role, has become an inseparable organic entirety. Urban traffic and emergency management, which is a short, accurate positioning, spatial analysis, strong, fast changes work, needs to 3S technology to enhance efficiency. To aim to rapidly improve the reaction capacity, the detection accuracy and efficiecy in Public Security, this paper focuses the 3S technologies on several key issues which are police position, the scene information and comprehensive analysis in the nrh^n trnffit~ ~rn^r~encv management, and deathly discusses these asoects t^roblems.
