摘　　要：各类安全事故的发生会给单位和个人带来预想不到的损失,也给各项工作的顺利开展造成很大的负面影响,更谈不上创建一个文明和谐的工作氛围。我们通过近几年的工作实践,就如何依托大安全建设促进文明和谐央行创建进行了一些探索,主要是按照从机制切入、从思维切入、从意识切入和从标准切入四个方面,就大安全建设与文明和谐单位创建的关系开展了一些探讨,只有在大安全建设中健全长效的内控机制,使严格的规范逐步形成良好的习惯,正确处理人情与制度的关系,建立严格统一的文明和谐创建标准,才能不断提高履职水平,推动文明和谐央行建设工作的顺利开展。All kinds of accidents happened to units and individuals will bring unexpected loss, also give each work smoothly caused great negative effects, let alone create a civilized and harmonious working environment. We through the work practice in recent years, how to depend on the big security construction, promote the civilized and harmonious central bank created some exploration, mainly from mechanism according to cut, cut from thinking, from consciousness from the standard cuts and cut to the four aspects, big security construction and the relationship between the civilized and harmonious unit create carried out some discussion, only in the big safe construction perfect long-term of internal control mechanism, make strict regulations gradually formed the good habit, correctly deal with the relationship between human and system, establish a strict unified civilization harmonious create standards, can improve level and to promote harmonious bred civilization central bank of construction work smoothly.
