摘　　要：随着计算机与通信技术的飞速发展,计算机网络已成为人类日常生活的重要部分,但是,在计算机和计算机网络给人们带来便捷的同时,计算机信息系统的安全也面临着极大的威胁。尤其是涉及计算机犯罪的问题已经成为严重的社会问题。所以如何侦查和惩治计算机犯罪以成为我们主要研究内容。本文精选了具有代表性的黑客案例,通过分析基本案情、侦察过程、处理情况,以及对案件侦查进行评论,使读者对计算机犯罪侦查有更深的理解。With the rapid development of computer and communication technology,computer network has become the important part of human daily life,however,in the computer and the computer network brings people a convenient at the same time,the security of computer information system is also facing great threat.In particular to the computer crime problem has become a serious social problem.So how to investigate and punish crime to become our main research content.This paper selected the representative hacker case,through the analysis of the basic case,reconnaissance,treatment process,as well as for case detection for comment,allowing the reader to have a deeper understanding of computer crime investigation.
