摘　　要：警察是人类历史发展到一定阶段的产物。警察职业专业化源起于近代欧洲的专职制服警察,兴盛于二十世纪初美国的专业化运动,现已成为席卷全球的浪潮。警察专业化就是要使警察职业达到"一个充分成熟专业必须满足的标准"的渐进过程。我国警察职业的专业化水平有待提高,加强专业教育培训是促进警察职业专业化的重要途径。当前我国要全面完善和促进警察学历教育与职业培训,尤其要构建开放型警察教育培训体系,从师资建设、教育培训形式和方法及教育训练目标等方面去推进警察职业专业化发展。Police are products with human history develop into certain stage.Police professionalism originated at the modern full-time police age in Europe and flourished in the movement of police professionalism of the United States at the 20ty Century.Now police professionalism has become a global sweep of wave.The police professionalism is a gradual process,which is to make the police job to achieve ＂the standards of a fully mature professional＂.The police professionalism level of China needs to be improved,and to strengthening the professional education and training is an important means to promote police professionalism.Currently,our country must be perfect and promote police academic education and police vocational training.In particular,it is necessary to build an open-type police to improve police professionalism,from the teacher constructions,the forms,the methods and the goals of police education and training systems.
