新型酸性皂洗剂的研制及应用

摘　　要：探讨了一种新型酸性皂洗剂的制备、复配以及在实际生产中的应用和分析.这种新型酸性皂洗剂由高聚物复配,有极强的分散性和螯合力,对水解活性染料和未固着的活性染料有极强的亲和力.实验结果和生产实践表明,该产品应用于活性染料染色棉织物的皂洗后处理工艺中,能减少生产工序,明显地降低用水量,同时可显著地提高织物的染色牢度,是一种性价比极高的的皂洗剂.The synthesis and formulation of a new type acid soaping agent and its application and analysis in pratical production were discussed.This new acid is formulated by two polymers,possesses strong dispersibility,chelate ability and strong affinity with hydrolytic reactive dye.Experiment results and practical production shows that the use of this new soaping agent in the soaping of reactive dye could simplify production process by several steps,reduce water consumption significantly,and improve colour fasteness and chroma remarkablely with a comparatively low price.
