摘 要:为了使得供给显热末端的高温冷水水温恒定,根据蒸发冷却理论与传热传质机理,从风侧、水侧、气水流量比、填料性能、风冷冷水机组性能等因素对蒸发冷却与机械制冷复合高温冷水机组出水温度的影响进行了初步分析.进而得出蒸发冷却段与机械制冷段混合配水的比例关系,以及进风干湿球温度、气水流量比、填料性能、风冷冷水机组性能对出水的影响关系.并对该冷水机组的改进提出了相应措施.The evaporative cooling system and the mechanical refrigeration system with high temperature chiller are analyzed.To ensure the high temperature cold water of the sensible heat end,the influential factors of the outlet temperature in this unit are discussed which include the air side,water side,air-water flow ratio,the performance of filler and air cooled chiller.According to the theory of evaporative cooling and heat & mass transfer,the distribution rates of water between the evaporative cooling system and the mechanical refrigeration system is obtained.By this way,the mixed water ratio between the evaporative cooler and the mechanical refrigeration has been got.And then the inlet of dry & wet temperature,the gas-water ratio,the filler temperature and the influence of chiller on the outlet parameters have been got.The measurements of improving the chiller performance are also put forward.
