济南近代建筑宏济堂的保护利用

摘　　要：中国近代建筑具有重要的历史文化价值,应当对它们进行正确而积极的保护和利用。本文对济南典型的近代建筑—宏济堂第一支店(商埠西号)的历史发展、建筑特色及其现状进行了详细研究探讨,针对其具有的重要科技价值、历史文化价值、景观价值,通过现场踏勘、测绘、分析、研究和设计改造,探讨了对其进行保护和利用的方式方法,通过精心的设计和保护,使宏济堂第一支店焕发新的活力,从而实现社会效益和经济效益的双重收获。Chinese modern architecture has important historical and cultural value and they should be protected and utilized correctly and actively.Historical development,architectural features and status quo of Hongjitang＇s west commercial port which is typical modern building in Jinan are studied in detail.Because this building has very important scientific and technological value,historical and cultural value,landscape value,we explore ways and means that could be used in the process of protection and utilization of modern architecture by means of field reconnaissance,mapping,analysis,research and design,transformation.Through careful design and protection,Hongjitang＇s west commercial port is revitalized and social and economic benefits of modern architecture are achieved.
