摘  要:目的探讨低剂量数字化X线摄影在尘肺诊断中的应用价值。方法对20例由本市专业诊断组诊断的尘肺患者分别进行常规剂量与低剂量曝光胸部X线检查,并对比分析影像资料。结果常规剂量组与绝大多数低剂量组的区域密度值大都落在正常范围之内,相关性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。低剂量组2例尘肺患者由于严重肺气肿,区域密度值落在正常范围之外。结论低剂量数字化X线摄影技术既减少了患者的受检辐射剂量,同时获得了接近常规胸部摄影的图像质量,满足了尘肺诊断的要求,又提高了社会效益。Objective To investigate the value of low-dose digital radiography(LDDR)in the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis.Methods Twenty patients with pneumoconiosis confirmed by the local Professional Diagnosis Group underwent routine-dose digital radio-graphy(RDDR)and LDDR of the chest,the X-ray findings were compared.Results The regional density values(RDV)of 20 patients in routine dose group all fell into the normal range.The RDV of patients in low dose group also fell into the normal range except for 2 patients with severe emphysema.The correlation of different RDV between two groups was not significant(P0.05).Conclusion LDDR of the chest can not only effectively reduce the radiation dose received by patients but also basically meet the diagnostic requirement of pneumo-coniosis in image quality,moreover,improve the social benefits.
