肺结核的不典型CT征象分析

摘　　要：目的提高对肺结核的不典型CT征象的认识。方法回顾分析53例经临床和病理证实的肺结核患者的CT检查资料。结果 53例不典型肺结核中,肺实变型31例,孤立性结节或肿块型14例,肺门及纵隔淋巴结肿大8例。结论肺结核CT表现多样,部分不典型表现与肺炎、肺癌鉴别困难,仔细分析其细微征象,可提高鉴别诊断准确率。Objective To elevate the recognition regarding atypical CT signs of pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods CT data of 53 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis proved clinically and pathologically were retrospectively analyzed.Results The study demonstrated that there were 31 pulmonary consolidation,14 solitary nodule or mass form and 8 lymph node enlargement of hilus pulmonis and mediastinus among 53 patients.Conclusion CT findings of pulmonary tuberculosis are varied and some atypical signs are difficultly differentiated from pneumonia or lung cancer.A careful analysis of micro signs is helpful to elevate the accuracy of differential diagnosis.
