摘  要:为了培育出果大、皮薄、出籽率高、含油率高的油茶新品种,进行了油茶远缘杂交育种试验。试验结果表明:红花油茶与油茶优良无性系和农家品种进行杂交的成功率均非常低;其中,6个杂交组合,共计授粉182个,最后仅获得1个杂交果实。综合分析杂交新品种的各项果实性状,初步得出白皮中子(父)×赣无2(母)、白皮中子(父)×赣无1(母)及泰顺粉红(父)×赣55(母)的杂交种子均表现出果大、皮薄、出籽率高、含油率高的特点,目前选出的品种已播种培育,其后期表现有待进一步研究。Camellia oleifera distant cross breeding experiments have been taken to cultivate new variety with good characters of big fruit,thin skin,high seed-producing percentage and oil content.The results show that the success rates between Rosy Camellia oleifera and superior clones of Camellia oleifera and native variety of Camellia oleifera were all very low;and there was only one hybrid fruit of one hundred eighty-two artificial pollination from six cross combination.The hybrid seeds of BPZZ×GW2,BPZZ×GW1 and TSFH×G55 all exhibited good characters of big fruit,thin skin,high seed-producing percentage and oil content through comprehensive analysis on various fruit characters of new hybrid variety.The hybrid seeds have been cultured,and their late features needs further study.
