摘 要:大体积混凝土的施工技术要求比较高,特别在施工中要防止混凝土因水泥水化热引起的温度差产生温度应力裂缝。因此需要从材料选择上、配合比设计上与技术措施等有关环节做好充分的准备工作,才能保证基础底板大体积混凝土顺利施工。本文以具有代表性的沈阳新世界会展中心IV区底板工程为例,分析了大体积混凝土结构产生裂缝的原因并总结了该项目在混凝土裂缝的控制技术上所采取的措施。The demand of constructing technology in large volume of concrete is very high. Especially, we should prevent the temperature stress crack which is caused by temperature difference that immerged from cement... Therefore, the preparation should be made in material selection, mixture ratio designing and technological measures and so on, which ensures that the concrete of large volume on the base motherboard can be carried out smoothly. The thesis takes the representative IV base engineering in Shenyang New World Exhibition Centre as the example, and analyzes reasons of the crack on the large volume concrete construction. Meanwhile, the thesis concludes the technological controlling measures of the concrete crack.
