摘　　要：结合实际工作中遇到的问题，探讨了影响水泥与外加剂适应性的主要因素，包括水泥的碱含量、熟料的Ca0含量、混合材种类及掺加量、水泥粉磨细度、水泥温度及新鲜度、外加剂的种类及性质、熟料的化学成分、石膏的种类及掺量、粉磨工艺、技术指标稳定性等多种因素，并对有效解决适应性问题的途径作了探讨。In actual work and probes into the problems of the influence of cement and admixture adaptability, including the main factors of cement clinker alkali contents, the CaO content, mixed material by adding quantity, type and grinding fineness of cement, cement temperature and freshness, the type and admixture, the chemical composition, gypsum clinker the type and dosage, grinding process, technical indices stability and so on many kinds of factors, and the effective way of solving adaptability problems were discussed.
