摘 要:为了使液压系统油箱设计得更加合理,应用弹性力学理论建立了油箱底板变形计算公式和油箱盖板自然频率的计算公式.以油箱的长度、宽度、高度、底板和盖板厚度为设计变量,油箱实体材料体积最小为目标函数,以油箱底板的变形、盖板的自然频率、有效容积和散热条件为主要约束条件,建立优化计算数学模型.采用改进网格算法,以可控变速装置液压系统油箱为研究对象进行了优化计算.结果表明,在相同的有效容积时,其实体材料体积比原设计节约19.7%,为油箱的优化设计提供了参考.To make the tank structure of hydraulic system more reasonable,the calculation formulas of tank bottom deformation and cover's natural frequency are set up by using the elasticity theory in this paper.With the tank length,width,height,floor thickness and cover's thickness as variables,the smallest material physical volume of the tank as the objective function,the deformation of the tank bottom,cover's the natural frequency,the effective volume and cooling conditions as the main constraint,the optimization mathematical model is established.The oil tank of hydraulic system of controlled change speed devices has been optimized using improved meshing algorithm.The results show that the material volume of the tank is 19.7% less than the original design under conditions of the same effective volume.It provides a reference for the optimal design of the hydraulic system oil tank.
