摘　　要：以重庆市渝北区为例,在搜集区内各部门数据的基础上,提出了符合区域实际的生态环境质量评价指标体系、权重及评价方法.对各评价因子进行数值无量纲化、数据格式统一、坐标统一后,基于GIS平台进行因子的加权运算实现生态环境质量分区.评价结果表明,人类活动、社会经济发展是影响研究区生态环境质量的重要因素.根据生态环境评价分析结果,提出了符合区域自然与经济社会发展实际的生态环境保护与恢复治理对策.Ecological environment has been seriously destoryed during the process of urbanization.It is necessary to carry out the work of regional ecological environmental quality assessment through different ecological factor,which ensure the environment protection planning more reasonable.This paper put forward index system,index weights and means of ecological environment evaluation in Chongqing Yubei district,which based on analysing of regional data gathered from different department.Indicators non-dimensionalized,unanimous data format and coordinated system for spatial data are being carried out,then realizes ecological environment quality evaluation division through GIS.The result shows that change of ecological environment is closely related with human activities.Finally,this paper also provides reasonable countermeasures of ecological construction and protection according to natural conditions,natural resources,industrial base and development of the present situation.
