承赤高速预制T梁混凝土表观质量问题研究

摘　　要：本文以承赤高速预制T梁施工为工程实例，通过对施工中预制T梁表观质量状况进行调查总结与分析，结合工程实际，从原材料、配合比、施工工艺、混凝土养护等几方面提出了改进措施，采用改进措施较好地解决了预制T梁施工中混凝土的外观质量问题。Taking the prestressed T-beam in chengchi highway as example, we analyzed and summarized the quality defects of prestressed T-beam, and put forward improvement measures in raw material, mix proportion, construction technique, and the curing of concrete combining with the site situation in this paper. Applying these measures to the project mentioned above, the problem has been solved much better.
