摘　　要：目的:对80个来源的锦灯笼药材木樨草苷的含量进行比较,为今后锦灯笼药材质量的系统评价及最适宜生长环境的研究奠定基础。方法:采用高效液相色谱法对锦灯笼木樨草苷含量测定,Agilent TC-18(4.6×150 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.2%磷酸水为流动相,检测波长为350 nm,流速为1.0 mL.min-1。结果:木樨草苷在(0.148μg～0.74μg)成良好的线性关系,Y=32.778X+5.11,r=0.9998,加样回收率为100%,RSD=2.76%(n=5)。结论:不同产地的锦灯笼药材木樨草苷含量存在差异,并与生长环境存在一定关系。Objective： To determine luteoloside content in Franchet Groumdcherry which was collected from 80 locations. Method： Determination of the content of luteoloside used the method of HPLC. Luteoside was separated on a Agilent TC -18 （4.6 150 mm,5 μm）column with acetonitrile -0.2% phosphoric acid（20：80） as the mobile phase, with the flow rate of 1 mL · min-1 ,determined at 350 nm. Result： The liner range of luteoloside was 0. 148 μg -0.74 μg（ r =0.9998）,Y =32.778X ＋ 5. 11, r =0.9998,the average recovery rate was 100%,RSD =2.76% （n =5）. Conclusion： There are significant differences in the content of luteoloside in Franehet Groumdeherry which was collected from different locations and there is a certain relationship between the growth environment and the content of the luteoloside.
