摘　　要：目的:探讨肠易激综合征的用药规律。方法:以"肠易激综合征"为主题词,系统检索中国期刊全文数据库近20年来所有相关文献,通过筛选,选择其中的医案部分,录入相关数据,然后进行相关统计学处理。结果:肝郁脾虚型出现最多,用药以健脾类药物为主,具体药物以白术、陈皮和茯苓为多。疏肝理气药次之,以白芍出现最多。宣肺药以防风、桔梗为多用。结论:肠易激综合征治疗以健脾为第一大法,兼及疏肝理气。此外,不要忘记恢复肺气的宣降。Objective ： Medication rule of irritable bowel syndrome was discussed. Method： By searching related documents in recent 20 years from CNKI, we chose cases then we collected related data and did data manipulation. Result： Syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency was the most common which mainly include drugs for strengthening spleen, such as Baizhu, Chenpi and Fuling. Drugs for soothing liver and regulating Qi include Baishao and so on; drugs for dispersing lung mainly included Fangfeng and Jiegeng. Conclusion：Strengthening Spleen is the main treatment principle of IBS, combined with soothing liver and regulating Qi. Furthermore, dispersing and descending of lung Qi could not be ignored.
