中医“血分论治”对寻常型银屑病患者Th17细胞表达影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:从Th17细胞角度研究"血分论治"银屑病的作用机制。方法:选择32例寻常型银屑病患者(血热证组17例,血瘀证组15例),15例健康人为对照组,分别给予清热凉血方、益气活血方治疗。各组分别于治疗前后应用酶联免疫吸附方法(ELISA)检测患者外周血Th17相关细胞因子白细胞介素(IL)-17和IL-23的表达。结果:银屑病患者IL-17、IL-23表达水平明显高于对照组。中药治疗后,两组患者IL-17、IL-23表达水平均明显下降。结果:从"血分论治"寻常型银屑病可通过调节IL-17、IL-23水平发挥治疗作用。Objective ： To investigate the action mechaffisma of blood - stage treatment influence on psoriasis vulgaris from Thl7. Methods ： 32 patients were observed and 15 healthy people were enrolled as control. Thl7 - related plasma cytokine（ IL- 17 ,IL- 23 ） concentrations were measured by enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） before and after treated by heat - clearing and blood - cooling decoction and qi - enriching and blood - activating decoction. Results ： Thl 7 -related cytokine （IL - 17 and IL -23 ） markedly increased in psoriasis compared with controls. After herbal treat- ment, IL - 17 and IL - 23 expressions decreased. Conclusion ： Blood - stage treatment works well on IL - 17 and IL - 23 expressions in patients with psoriasis vulgaris.
