摘  要:目的:优化参附汤的提取工艺。方法:采用正交实验设计,考察水的用量、提取时间、提取次数3个因素,以人参总皂苷含量、附子总生物碱含量和浸膏得率为评定指标,用综合评分法进行数据处理,对参附汤的提取工艺进行优化。结果:所考察的因素中,对提取工艺影响程度依次为:提取次数>水的用量>提取时间。参附汤最佳提取工艺为加10倍量的水,提取3次,每次提取0.5h。结论:该提取工艺合理,有效成分提取效率较高。Objective : To optimize an extraction technology of Shenfu Decoction. Methods : The orthogonal test was employed to test the effects among volume of water, time of extraction and times of extraction on the contents of total ginsenoside, total alkaloids from Radix Aconitine and extraction rate to optimize the extraction technology. Results : The times of extraction was the most important factor, which affects the extraction technology. And the second was the volume of water, the last was the time of extraction. The best extraction condition was: tenfold water and to extract thirty minutes, three times. Condusion:The optimum extraction technology was reasonable and possible and the extraction for effective component was of high efficiency.
