“三才”法刺大肠俞对坐骨神经痛镇痛疗效的评价

摘　　要：目的:通过比较"三才"针法治疗坐骨神经痛与常规针法治疗坐骨神经痛的疗效,研究其特异的治疗作用和镇痛的机理,并评价其疗效,揭示"三才"针法治疗坐骨神经痛的作用原理。方法:采用随机区组法,以山西大同大学校医院与江苏省南京市中医院针灸科就诊的血瘀型坐骨神经痛患者89例为研究对象,以常规选穴组和阿是穴组为对照组。收集各组治疗前后简化的Mc-Gill疼痛问卷表阳性词总分、痛阈值及血浆β-内啡肽与P物质的含量。结果:"三才"组治疗坐骨神经痛疗效明显优于常规组与对照组,可显著提高痛阈值及血浆中β-内啡肽的含量。结论:"三才"针法治疗坐骨神经痛有良好的镇痛效应。Objective ： Comparing the efficacy of the Sancai acupuncture with the conventional acupuncture in the treatment of Sciatica, tD study the role and treatment of specific pain mechanism and evaluate its effect, revealing the Sancai acupuncture treatment of sciatica action principle. Methods ： Randomized block method, 89 cases of blood stasis in patients with sciatica as the research object, from Shanxi Datong University Hospital and acupuncture departments of Tradi- tional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. They are for the conventional group and the Ashi point group as the control group. Collection of data before and after treatment in each group was completed simplified Mc - Gill Pain Questionnaire total score positive word, pain threshold and plasma β - endorphin and P substances. Results ： Efficacy in the treatment of sciatica, the Sancai acupuncture was significantly superior to conventional treatment of sciatica and Ashi point. It can significantly increase the pain threshold and plasma β - endorphin content. Conclusion ： The Sancai acupuncture treatment of sciatica has a good analgesic effect.
