摘  要:目的:观察柿叶提取物对糖尿病大鼠模型降糖、降脂、抗氧化作用,并初步探讨其作用机制。方法:采用链脲佐菌素(STZ)结合高脂高糖饲料喂养诱导建立糖尿病大鼠模型,给予柿叶提取物灌胃14天,测定血糖含量并分别测定血清TC、TG、HDLC、LDLC、SOD、MDA含量,并观察对肝脏组织形态的影响。结果:与模型组比较,柿叶提取物组可显著降低空腹血糖,并降低血清中甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LD-LC),显著提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC),并具有提高血清SOD活力,降低血清MDA含量的作用。结论:柿叶提取物对实验性糖尿病大鼠具有降低血糖,调节血脂和抗氧化作用。Objective : To observe the effects of extracts of leaves of Diospyros kaki on blood glucose, lipids levels and antioxidation activity in experimental diabetic mice and to discuss its mechanism. Methods:The experimental diabetic mice models were induced by streptozotocin and high - sugar feed. Stomach irritation treatment with extracts of leaves of Dio- spyros kaki, for 14 days, blood glucose and blood serum TG, TC, LDLC, HDLC, SOD, MDA contents were determined and histology of liver was observed in diabetic rats. Results : The group of extracts of leaves of Diospyros kaki could significantly decrease blood glucose level, TG, TC, LDLC, MDA contents, increase HDLC content and enhance SOD activity in the blood serum. Conclusions : Extracts of leaves Of Diospyros kaki can improve blood glucose and lipid level and antioxidant activity significantly.
