猪圆环病毒继发细菌感染的实验室诊断

摘　　要：采集临床病死仔猪脏器组织,用分子生物学和细菌学方法进行确定性诊断。结果:在病死仔猪肺脏与淋巴结中均检测到猪圆环病毒核酸,并分离到4株埃希氏大肠杆菌;药敏试验表明:分离细菌对头孢噻呋钠敏感,对其他抗生素均表现耐药性。诊断结果为贵州省规模场防制猪圆环病毒感染提供了一定的技术支持。Collecting organ and tissue of piglet died and diagnosing case by molecular biological and bacteriological method.The results showed that there were nucleic acid of porcine circlevirus in lung and lymph node of piglet.4 E.coli were not only isolated,which but also showed resistance against much antibiotic except Ceftiofur sodium.The result of diagnosis would provide technical support to prevent porcine in Guizhou from porcine circlevirus.
