摘　　要：对自然感染疑似羊口疮的4只病羊的嘴角皮进行采样,采用石蜡包埋,H.E染色,在显微镜下进行病理组织学观察。结果显示:上皮细胞发生"气球样变";"气球样变"的细胞破裂,与细胞间脓性水肿液融合成水疱或脓疱;并可见到出血现象。Suspected off infection of nature＇s, four sheep mouth skin samples are checked by laboratou identification,then paraffinembedded, HE staining, under the micrnscope histopathology observation. The results showed that： epithelial cells develops ＂the ballooning. ＂ ＂The ballooning＂ of the cells rupture, and cell fusion into water purulent Blister or Pustule. And it can see the bleeding.
