摘  要:地下水源热泵具有显著的节能性,但对此的长期实测研究较少。本文对地下水源热泵系统开展了全年的运行监测,进行了能效和分析。结果表明:在冬冷夏热地区住宅建筑中,住宅集中空调具有固有的高能耗特点。地下水源热泵实测能效比理想能效差距明显,但仍比空气源空调器能效高;制热工况下,地下水热能可利用价值高,制热效率较高;各个环节中冷凝器和蒸发器的损最大;控制机组端差是热泵节能运行中的要点。In the application of ground water source heat pump technology, energy saving considerations play an important role. But there is lack of the reach on the long term operation data. The purpose of this study was to present an energy and exergy anal- ysis of a ground water heat pump system on the actual operation. The energy efficiency and exergy loss and efficiency were deter- mined from the monitored results. The central air conditioning for residential building of hot summer and cold winter region is high - energy in nature. The actual COP of ground water source heat pump was lower than the predicted according the product technical documents and higher than the COP of air - source heat pump. Among the components of the system, the condenser and the evaporator were the most inefficient facts. Lower approach temperature is effective energy saving.
