摘　　要：当前,我国消费需求依然不足的主要原因是我国城乡居民收入不够,尤其是普通劳动者的收入没有得到应有增长,不仅收入水平一直偏低,而且收入差距较大。因此,发挥市场和政府作用调整收入分配结构是启动消费需求最有效的方法,也是促进我国经济持续、健康、稳定发展的关键。Recently,the lack of inhabitant income is the main reason for Chinese low consumer demand.The income of the workers is still at a low level,and the income gap is still big.Therefore,the most effective way to increase consumer demand is that the government should adjust the pattern of income distribution according to the market conditions.And it is also the key of promoting a sustainable,healthy and stable development for the Chinese economy.
