摘　　要：黑龙江是我国传统的老工业基地之一,农村剩余劳动力的转移已关系到农村乃至整个国民经济发展。文章首先估算了黑龙江农村剩余劳动力的数量,其次估算了其农村劳动力转移数量,进而对黑龙江农村剩余劳动力转移的情况做以分析,并提出相应对策。Heilongjiang is one of the traditional old industrial bases of our country, the transformation of the surplus rural labor force has already concerned the development of countryside and even the whole national economy. This text has estimated the quantity of the surplus rural labor force of Heilongjiang at first, secondly has estimated the number of transformation of the rural labor force, and then has analyzed the situation of transformation of the surplus rural labor force, and has proposed the corresponding
