摘 要:采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对绞股蓝属的五柱绞股蓝、广西绞股蓝和绞股蓝3种植物的POD、EST和SOD同工酶进行了比较研究。结果表明,3种绞股蓝的3种同工酶谱带不同。3种同工酶在广西绞股蓝上表现最强。3种同工酶在同一物种不同器官中的表达具有一定差异,以叶中的表达最强,茎次之,根最弱。由同工酶推断的3种绞股蓝的亲缘关系为绞股蓝与广西绞股蓝亲缘关系较近,与五柱绞股蓝亲缘关系较远。A comparative study on isoenzymes of peroxydase ( POD ), esterase (ESI) and superoxcle dismutase (SOD) among three species of Gynostemma pentagynum, G. guangxiense and G. pentaphyllum was made by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results showed that the three species presented different isozyme belts of POD, EST and SOD. The strongest expression of three isoenzymes was detected in G. guangxiense. The patterns of POD, EST and SOD isozyme were obviously different in different organs in the same species, with the strongest expression in leaf, secondly in stern and the least in root. Analysis on the isozyme zymograms revealed that G. pentaphyllum had closer relationship with G. guangxiense, rather than G. pentagynum.
