降脂益肝汤治疗高血脂伴脂肪肝的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察降脂益肝汤治疗高血脂伴脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法将200例受试人员随机分为降脂益肝汤治疗组和月见草油胶丸对照组,治疗6个月后观察2组疗效。结果总有效率治疗组为95%,对照组为85%,2组比较有显著性差异。结论降脂益肝汤治疗高血脂伴脂肪肝疗效好,是一种安全有效的治疗该病中药制剂。Objective It is to observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Jiangzhi Yigan decoction on hyperlipidemia with fatty liver. Methods Two hundreds of patients with hyperlipidemia and fatty liver were randomly divided into Jiangzhi Yigan decoction group （treatment group） and evening primrose oil capsules group （control group）. They were treated for eight six months, then the therapeutic effect in both groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 95% and that of control group was 85%. Compared with each other, the difference was significant. Conclusion Jiangzhi Yigan decoction has a good curative effect on hyperlipidemia with fatty liver, it is a safe and effective treatment for this disease.
