扶他林乳胶剂和奇正青鹏膏剂治疗肩周炎的疗效比较  

Comparison of the curative effects of Diclofenac Diethylamine Emulgel and Qizheng Qingpeng ointment on shoulder periarthritis

摘　　要：目的探讨扶他林乳胶剂和奇正青鹏膏剂治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法将180例肩周炎患者随机分为A组90例和B组90例。A组采用扶他林乳胶剂治疗,B组采用奇正青鹏膏剂治疗,疗程2周,评估2组疗效和安全性。结果治疗2周后,2组疼痛均有改善,2组间比较无显著性差异;肩关节功能改善情况A组优于B组。结论扶他林乳胶剂和奇正青鹏膏剂均能迅速减轻肩周炎患者的疼痛,但在改善肩关节活动功能方面扶他林乳胶剂效果更好,且使用安全、方便。Objective It is to evaluate the efficacy of Diclofenac Diethylamine Emulgel and Qizheng Qingpeng ointment on periarthritis of shoulder. Methods 180 patients with periarthritis of shoulder were randomly divided into groupA （n =90） and group B（ n = 90）. Group A was treated with Dielofenac Diethylamine Emulgel and group B was treated with Qizheng Qingpeng ointment. Both the treatment courses were two weeks. Their therapeutic effects and safety were assessed. Results After treat- ment, pains were improved in both groups, but compared with each other, the difference was not significant. The improvement of function of shoulder joint in group A was significantly better compared to B group. Conclusion Diclofenac Diethylamine Emulgel and Qizheng Qingpeng ointment both can relive the pain caused by periarthritis of shoulder. Diclofenac Diethylamine Emulgel is remarkably more effective in improving the function of shoulder joint, used safely and conveniently.
