摘 要:以花育22号为试验材料,在桶栽条件下,采用15N同位素示踪技术,研究了不同形态氮肥对花生氮代谢及氮积累的影响。结果表明,施用酰胺态氮的花生叶片,其硝酸还原酶、谷氨酰胺合成酶及谷氨酸脱氢酶活性最高,硝态氮对硝酸还原酶活性的促进作用次于酰胺态氮,但明显高于铵态氮,硝铵混合态氮则介于硝态氮与铵态氮之间。铵态氮对谷氨酰胺合成酶及谷氨酸脱氢酶活性的促进作用次于酰胺态氮,但明显高于硝铵混合态氮和硝态氮。不同形态氮肥对花生氮积累表现为:酰胺态氮>铵态氮>硝铵混合态氮>硝态氮。表明生产中施用酰胺态氮有利于花生氮代谢及氮吸收。A pot-culture experiment was conducted to study the effect of different nitrogen forms on nitrogen metabolism and accumulation in peanut variety Huayu 22 by 15N isotope trace technique.The results showed that the activity of nitrate reductase(NR),glutamine synthelase(GS) and glutamate dehydrogenase(GDH) were greatly promoted by CONH2-N.The activity of NR promoted by NO-3-N was lower than that promoted by CONH2-N,but was much higher than that promoted by NH+4-N.The promotion of NH+4-N mixed with NO-3-N to NR was between that of NO-3-N and NH+4-N.The advantaged effects of NH+4-N treatment on GS and GDH were lower compared to CONH2-N,while it was visibly higher than that of NH+4-N mixed with NO-3-N and NO-3-N.The nitrogen accumulations were markedly affected by nitrogen forms.The differences among nitrogen forms were CONH2-N NH+4-N NH+4-N+NO-3-N NO-3-N.This study indicated that CONH2-N was benefit to nitrogen metabolism and accumulation in peanut.
