摘  要:研究了烧碱法麦草浆次氯酸盐漂白不同用氯量条件下,麦草浆中各化学组分溶出的变化对漂白废水污染物发生量的影响,确定了污染主要来源,认为碳水化合物对漂白废水污染物负荷贡献最大。此外,建立了用氯量、漂白得率与CODCr、BOD5和AOX发生量之间的相关数学表达式。结果表明,通过用氯量可以对漂白废水中污染物负荷进行测算。In order to determine the main source of the pollutants produced during hypochlorite bleaching of wheat straw soda pulp,the contribution of the chemical components dissolved from the pulp to the pollutants load in bleaching effluent when different sodium hypochlorite dosage were used was studied.It was proved that carbohydrates made the greatest contribution to the pollutants load.Furthermore,the correlative equation between the hypochlorite dosage,the bleached pulp yield with CODCr,BOD5 and AOX loads was also established.The pollutant load of bleaching effluent can be estimated by the hypochlorite dosage with the correlative equation.
