抗骨质疏松治疗在Colles骨折中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的分析临床保守治疗骨质疏松性colles骨折同时结合骨质疏松治疗的临床效果。方法回顾性分析82例年龄大于60岁老年患者于本院2007年1月至2008年1月经门诊保守治疗病例,分为A组:石膏外固定同时结合抗骨质疏松治疗,B组:单纯石膏外固定。结果经过平均1.2年的随访,数据显示A组在治疗前后骨密度BMD值的改变和临床治疗效果上均优于B组(P<0.05)。结论对于存在骨质疏松改变的Colles骨折患者,尤其是老年人,结合抗骨质疏松治疗,效果比单纯固定更为良好。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of conservative treatment combined with anti-osteoporosis treatment in osteoporotic Colles fracture.Methods A retrospective analysis of 82 patients（≥60 years）in our hospital were performed between January 2007 and January 2008,who were divided into two groups,group A： plaster external fixation combined with anti-osteoporosis treatment,group B： a simple cast immobilization.Results The patients were followed up for an average time of 1.2 years,BMD values and clinical outcomes in group A were better than that of B group（P0.05）.Conclusions The presence of osteoporosis for the change of Colles fracture patients,especially the elderly,combined with anti-osteoporosis treatment,the effect is better.
