颅脑损伤后面瘫治疗中肌电图的评价

摘　　要：目的探讨肌电图在颅脑损伤后面瘫治疗过程中的对疗效的评价作用。方法通过对东南大学医学院附属江阴医院2008年1月至2011年5月78例重型颅脑损伤导致的面瘫患者,治疗前和治疗60d后分别对患者进行肌电图检查,检测患侧面神经复合肌动作电位潜伏期、运动传导速度、所引出的M波波幅数值,同时结合相应的临床疗效进行分析。结果患侧复合肌动作电位潜伏期、运动传导速度、所引出的M波波幅在治疗前后相比有统计学差异(P<0.05),第60d的数值较治疗前明显改善。结论肌电图能够客观的体现肌肉的功能状态,可作为临床治疗效果和顾后判定的定量、定性指标,临床上建议进一步推广。Objective To investigate the evaluation and the efficacy of role of EMG in treatment of facial paralysis in head injury.Methods The hospital from January 2008-2011 May 18 cases of severe facial paralysis resulting from traumatic brain injury patients before treatment and 60 days respectively,in patients with EMG to detect risk of facial nerve compound muscle action potential latency,motor conduction velocity,which leads to the M-wave amplitude values,combined with the corresponding clinical efficacy analysis.Results The ipsilateral compound muscle action potential latency,motor conduction velocity,which leads to the M-wave amplitude before and after treatment compared to a statistically significant difference（P0.05）,the first 60 days significantly improved compared with before treatment values.Conclusions EMG can objectively reflect the muscle＇s functional status,clinical outcomes and prognosis can be determined as a quantitative and qualitative indicators,clinically recommended further promotion.
