摘　　要：目的:探讨外伤性肾上腺血肿的螺旋CT影像学表现特征及诊断价值。方法:对14例外伤性肾上腺血肿的螺旋CT影像特征进行回顾性分析。结果:14例患者中螺旋CT检查发现15个肾上腺血肿,其中右侧13例,双侧1例;局限型4例,弥漫型10例;急性期呈类圆形、椭圆形高密度,随时间推移肾上腺血肿密度逐渐减低、血肿缩小吸收;增强扫描呈无强化或边缘条弧形强化。结论:肾上腺血肿有特征性CT影像学表现,螺旋CT对肾上腺血肿诊断价值高,CT动态复查及增强扫描有助于肾上腺血肿定性鉴别诊断。Objective： To explore the features and value of spiral CT in diagnosis of traumatic adrenal hematomas. Methods：The spiral CT pictures of 14 cases of adrenal hematomas were analyzed retrospectively. Results：Fifteen adrenal hematomas were found in 14 the cases, 13 of which were on the right side and 1 was on both sides ;4 cases were localized and 10 cases diffused. At the acute stage, the adrenal hematomas were round or oval with high-density;with time going, the adrenal hematomas became smaller and absorbed; enhanced scanning showed no strengthening or arced strengthening on the edge. Conclusions：Adrenal hematomas present typical CT manifestations, and spiral CT has great value for the diagnosis. Dynamic review and enhance^l scanning may be of help to the differential diagnosis of adrenal hematomas.
