摘 要:以碱木质素和壳聚糖为原料,依据静电作用原理制备了木质素磺酸钠-壳聚糖(SLS-CS)聚电解质复合物,采用红外光谱(IR)和X射线(XRD)表征了SLS-CS聚电解质复合物的化学结构、形态特征,测定了SLS-CS聚电解质复合物对铜离子的吸附性能。研究结果表明:壳聚糖的氨基发生质子化形成NH3+,木质素磺酸钠的磺酸基阴离子和壳聚糖的NH3+基团发生中和反应形成了聚电解质复合物,经过反应后,壳聚糖的无定形峰减小,SLS-CS高分子排列更加有序化,分子间作用力增强;SLS-CS聚电解质复合物对铜离子的吸附平衡时间约为5 h,饱和吸附容量为12.5 mg/g,吸附等温线符合Freundich方程。According to the theory of static action, sodium lignosulfonate-chitosan (SLS-CS) polyelectrolyte complex was prepared from alkaline lignin and cbitosan. The structure of sodium lignosulfonate-chitosan (SLS-CS) polyelectrolyte was characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) and X-ray powder diffraction(XRD). The adsorption property for copperions by sodium ligno- sulfonate-chitosan polyelectrolyte was also evaluated. The results indicated that NH3- was formed by the protonated amino groups of chitosan which formed sodium lignosulfonate-chitosan (SLS-CS) polyelectrolyte complex by reacting with --SO3Na of sodium lignosulfonate through electrostatic adsorption. Compared with the sodium lignosulfonate and chitosan, the amorphous peak of chifosan tends to decrease, the arrangement of sodium lignosulfonate-chitosan (SLS-CS) polymer appears more ordered, intermo- lecular force is enhanced, the adsorption equilibrium time for copper ions is about 5 h, and the saturated adsorption capacity is 12.5 mg/g. The adsorption isotherm curve fits well with Freundich equation.
