摘　　要：文章在实地调研的基础上,针对铁路多经企业存在的不实资产问题,分析了核销不实资产的意义和形成不实资产的主要原因,并最终提出了相应的对策建议。ased on spot investigation, against the not real assets existing in railway diversified enterprises,this paper analyzes the significance of charging off not real assets and the causes of it＇ s formation, and finally puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
