摘  要:以丙烯酸酯类单体为主要原料、以阴离子型乳化剂(F-20)和反应型非离子型乳化剂(X-03)为阴/非离子型复合乳化剂,采用预乳化半连续种子乳液聚合法合成了核/壳型丙烯酸酯微乳液。研究结果表明:当m(F-20)∶m(X-03)=3∶1、m(釜底乳化剂)∶m(预乳化液中乳化剂)=3∶1、m(核层中乳化剂)∶m(壳层中乳化剂)=1∶1、w(复合乳化剂)=9.0%、w(引发剂)=0.20%、固含量为25%和w(AA)=6%~8%时,相应核/壳型微乳液的综合性能良好,其平均粒径为29.1 nm,PDI(粒径分布指数)为0.223;将该乳液作为皮革填充黏合剂时,其填充性能优于单层微乳液,并且接近于国外同类产品。With acrylate monomers as main raw materials, anionic emulsifier (F-20) and reactive nonionic emulsifier(X-03) as anionic/nonionic composite emulsifier,an acrylate micro-emulsion with core-shell structure was made by pre-emulsification and semi-continuous seed-emulsion polymerization methods. The research results showed that the corresponding micro-emulsion with core-shell structure had good combination property,and its average size and PDI(particle size distribution index) were 29.1 nm and 0.223 respectively when mass ratios of m (F-20):m (X-03), m (emulsifier in kettle bottom):m (emulsifier in pre-emulsion) and m (emulsifier in nuclear layer) :m (emulsifier in shell layer) were 3:1,3:1 and 1:1 respectively, mass fractions of emulsifier, initiator, solid content and AA were 9.0% ,0.20% ,25% and 6%-8% respectively. The filling properties of micro-emulsion with core-shell structure were better than those with monolayer structure,and the filling properties between micro-emulsion with core-shell structure and foreign like product were approximate when the micro,emulsion with core-shell structure was used as leather filling adhesive.
