摘  要:冷源回收法的特点是:(1)揭示热量法与焓降法内在的关系;(2)热电成本分摊取决于客观条件;(3)选择抽汽参数有利于节能减排。结合某工程实例进行的分析计算表明,活动成本采用冷源回收法分摊,且在满足用户用热参数的前提下,抽汽参数越低越好;固定成本采用年均出力减少法分摊;年固定成本采用年费用法计算。这样,可更好地利用低温热能,且计算合理。The features of the Cold Source Recovery Method are listed as in the following:1) the inherent relation-ship between the heat content method and the enthalpy drop method has been revealed;2) the cost-sharing in co-generation of heat and electricity is determined from objective conditions;3) the choice of steam-extracting parameters is helpful to energy-saving and emission-reducing;4) make the cost-sharing in co-generation of heat and electricity to be clear.Combined with analysis and calculation in one actual engineering project,it shows that the active cost has to be shared according to the cold source recovery method,and under prerequisite of satisfying the heat utilization parameters of users,the lower the steam-extracting parameters the better;the fixed cost can be shared by adopting the annual average output reducing method;the annual fixed cost can be calculated using annual expense method.Thus,the low-temperature heat energy can more better be utilized,and reasonably be calculated.
