摘 要:通过监测不同类型机组锅炉给水加氧转换过程及运行期间氢电导率、溶解氧、CrO42-等指标的变化,对加氧转换过程中CrO42-的释放来源进行分析讨论。研究表明,给水加氧转换期间热力系统某些取样点检测出的CrO42-来源于不锈钢取样管,与热力系统设备无关。采用给水加氧处理的机组在正常运行时,未检测出铬离子含量的异常变化。Through Monitoring the converting process of adding oxygen into feed-water of boilers for different capacity parameters of units and the variation of indices in operation period,such as the hydrogen conductivity,the disolved oxygen,an the CrO2-4 etc.,the source of CrO2-4-releasing in converting process of adding oxygen has been analysed and discussed.Study shows that the source of CrO2-4 detected from some sampling points of the thermodynamic system in the converting process of adding oxygen into feed-water are sampling tubes made from stainless steel,and having no relationship with the equipents in said system.During normal operation of units adopting the adding oxygen treatment,abnormal variation of CrO2-4 content hadn't detected from each sampling point.
