摘　　要：介绍了鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司烧结生产工艺、原料特点及生产实践。对不同比例粉矿烧结技术指标进行分析,确定了大比例粉矿烧结强化措施。通过对烧结过程主要技术参数及烧结矿FeO指标的合理控制,以及对烧结矿实施喷洒卤化物,解决了大比例粉矿烧结强度差的问题,为高炉生产提供了优质烧结矿。The operating process, conditions of raw materials and operating practice for sintering fine ores in Bayuquan Iron ＆ Steel Subsidiary Company of Angang Steel Co., Ltd. are introduced. Technical indexes of fine ores to be sintered with different ratios are analyzed and thus strengthening measures for sintering fine ores by large ratios are determined. The problem of poor strength caused by sintering fine ores by large ratios is solved by suitably adjusting the key technical parameters during sintering and controlling the index of FeO in sinter as well as spraying the chloride onto the sinter, and thus sinters with high quality can be supplied for BF.
